The Z1REGCON conference is an administrative echo intended for interaction
and discussion between the Zone 1 Coordinator and Zone 1 Regional
Coordinators only.
Please refer to the Z1C FAQ for detailed Nodelist/diff information.
Every day, an automated process posts in the Z1REGCON echo a redacted log
of the processing of each RC and ZC segment for the Dailylist. If a segment
is not received for the given day, the last-received segment is used.
If this system encounters a power outage or some other issue, a Watchdog process may post an explanation here and/or send Netmail or Internet Email depending on the severity of the problem.
For those you with direct-connections here, you may Areafix the local echo areas 229426HBEAT (Hourly Heartbeat) 229426DBEAT (Daily Heartbeat). A
running process posts a simple "I'm alive" message, hourly and daily.
