    Hey, I talked with Phil Kimble 1:128/2, he is such a neat guy.. he agreed to take on "the enforcer", or vote counter, whatever you are looking for here.

    Phil is a US Sgt. in the Marines who runs Linux, really a great guy.

    Haven't seen any yet in here at least. Please let me know so I can let Phil know.

    We still need to decide if we want a Verifier, or will the voters' self verification from the postings in Z1_ELECTION be enough.

    I would think you should have a vote counter, and another person to verify that
    count. Makes sense to me at least.
