That answers question #1, then, assuming there are no objections from the group here.
We still need to decide if we want a Verifier, or will the voters' self verification from the postings in Z1_ELECTION be enough.

Haven't seen any yet in here at least. Please let me know so I can
let Phil know.
We still need to decide if we want a Verifier, or will the voters'
self verification from the postings in Z1_ELECTION be enough.
I would think you should have a vote counter, and another person to
verify that count. Makes sense to me at least.

So we are still in need of a Verifier. Anyone have any ideas?

Sounds great. I'll send him your email address, ok?
Fred Riccio perhaps? I haven't asked him about this but I can if you like.

I asked him last night, and he has accepted. I'm making the final revisions to the rules now.
