    Areas affected...Southwest Georgia...Central Florida Panhandle

    Concerning...Tornado Watch 22...

    Valid 130047Z - 130245Z

The severe weather threat for Tornado Watch 22 continues.

SUMMARY...Scattered strong/severe thunderstorms will spread across
southwestern Georgia and the central Florida Panhandle this evening.
Given that ww022 expires at 02z, a local extension may be warranted.

DISCUSSION...Boundary-layer moisture has gradually increased across
the central FL Peninsula this evening, per mid 60s surface dew
points now observed to near the GA border. Stronger forcing
continues to contribute to a continuous band of convection that
extends across southwestern GA into extreme southeast AL. Over the
last hour or so, scattered convection has gradually increased over
the northern Gulf, which should spread onshore near/south of Panama
City around 02z. Embedded supercells continue to be a threat, though
line segments and clusters will likely remain the predominant
    threat.
