Byrd went to the Senate on his Father's coattails,

    His father was a FARMER!!!

    the senior Byrd
was a vicious racist who along with West Virginia's department of
education shut down *ALL* public schools for two years, rather than
    allow them to be desegregated.

Now you are just being absurd in your desire to out-klahn klahn.

A poor farmer at that. Where Sauer gets the idea that Robert Byrd's father was in politics is a mystery. Byrd was born Cornelius Calvin Sales Jr. and at the age of 1, after his mother died was adopted by his uncle Titus Byrd and named Robert Carlyle Byrd. He grew up in coal mining country.

This is hilarious. Otto will go silent, but it would be interesting where he came up with the above claim.

I wanted to see if he had the integrity to correct his own errors. But
there was no reason to think he would.

Let's see how many mistakes he made in one paragraph. He mistook Harry
Byrd, Jr for Robert C. Byrd. He then mistook Governor Almond for Harry
Byrd, Sr. He mistook West Virginia for Virginia. He mistook one county
for the whole state. He mistook one board of education for the statewide "department of education." He mistook 1958 to 1964 as being "two years."
But he doesn't know enough history or politics to make these mistakes
himself. I was hoping he would post the nutcase website that made the
    mistakes FOR him.

He's now claiming Harry Byrd Sr. of Virginia is his uncle. Otto isn't a smart person.

Probably some free blog run by another politically ignorant moron that Otto thinks is based on real facts.
