He's what the far left preys on. Just another lemming.

No truer statement has ever been uttered in Fido. Olbermann makes bank off the mindless likes of Otto and his obese buddy.

Glenn Beck set up some lectures on American history on his website that he calls "Glenn Beck University." It got exactly the response he expected with the
idiot left falling all over themselves going after him for it. Olbermann even signed up for Beck's "Insider Extreme" to "take the classes." Needless to say, it is really a university and there are no classes, but Olbermann is supposedly
trying to rebut Beck's take on history. I'm sure it won't be long before Otto and Klahn start parroting Olbermann in their zeal to look relevant.

    hard
    to get away with.

The absolute funniest take on Byrd comes from our old buddy Glenn
    Beck.

He and his crack staffers couldn't find, and Beck whined about it
    at
length on his TV show, film or videotape of Byrd's 1964 filibuster
    of
the Civil Rights Act of 1964.

Other commentators found in only a few seconds using Google, the
    fact
that the Senate did not allow TV cameras in their chambers until
    1974.

Committee rooms had TV cameras in them at times, most notably the
Army- McCarthy hearings of 1954 that destroyed Beck's hero, Joe
    McCarthy.

Let us be reminded what state Joe was from.

And this has what to do with the price of tea in China?

The country as a whole, and Wisconsin, have mostly rejected McCarthyism. And McCarthy.

However, Glenn Beck and Ann Coulter still consider McCarthy to be their hero.

Where were Ohio's Senators, when McCarthy was running around with his
    tar bucket and brush?

Please read the Venona Papers. Here's a list of Americans on the list... http://goo.gl/WHLe

"Senator Daniel Patrick Moynihan, Chairman of the bipartisan Commission on Government Secrecy, responsible for securing the release of Venona project materials, in the Introduction to his book Secrecy states, "The Venona intercepts contained overwhelming proof of the activities of Soviet spy networks in America, complete with names, dates, places, and deeds." The release involved careful consideration of privacy interests of individuals mentioned, referenced, or identified in the translations. Some names have not been released when to do so would constitute an invasion of privacy. Over 200 named or covernamed persons found in the VENONA translations, persons then present in the U.S., are claimed by the KGB and the GRU in their messages as their clandestine assets or contacts."

The Venona Papers back up McCarthy's actions. He eventually went overboard, but
before then, he was on the right track.

Interestingly, the Russians are still spying on the US. The Obama administration doesn't want anyone to pay attention to that fact seeing how fast they made the swap deal with Russia even before the 10 spies were convicted.

I understand his confusion. It was only recently that I convinced him
that Senators don't represent districts in a state. It took almost two
weeks before he realized his error and went mute.
