Sharpton is telling people that the present day Tea Party movement is
looking to take states back to when segregation was enforced in some
    states.

The far left fears the 10th amendment. It forces them to deal with each
state and their legislatures, instead of a single activist judge.

And you're just fine with the far-right repealing the 14th Amendment, the 16th Amendment, and the 17th Amendment.

For your information, the so-called far-right are advocating changing the Constitution the correct way. Whether they are successful is another question. The far-left Jeff is talking about want the Constitution changed through judicial fiat - they want an appointed-for-life judge or group of judges to make law instead of trusting the people, through their representatives to make law.

I am much more open to an effort to change the Constitution through the proper process than your way. Your way makes us all subjects of an elite and the proper way makes us all citizens with no elite.

    Typical.

No, it is typical for you to not understand how this government is supposed to be run.
