BTW, here's what is right now at Sarah Palin's "hallowed ground."
(New York, 2 blocks from ground zero.)

Why do you consider it HER "hallowed ground?" Why don't you consider it,
for example, President Obama's "hallowed ground?"

"I understand the emotions that this issue engenders. Ground Zero is,
    indeed, hallowed ground."

    Do you disagree with him?

    Hello All!

Of course the Obama supports the Mosque (Hey Bobby, even the
Washington Post calls it a Mosque), now BamBam has a place to worship
    when he goes to NYC!

The Washington Post is calling it a mosque because they are flat-out lazy.

They call it a mosque because that's it's main purpose. They threw in the "community center" idea when they found that there was so much opposition to a mosque so close to Ground Zero.

Since there is no Muslim community in the area, they will have to bus them in from The Bronx and Queens. As for "intra-faith and community outreach" they haven't exactly been forthcoming on how they plan to accomplish that by building their mosque overlooking Ground Zero.

The developer has agreed to look at property farther away from Ground Zero to help build those bridges they claim they want built with the rest of the community.

The President of the United States calls it a mosque. Flat out lazy.
