• RE: Rove got served

Karl Rove got served with a subpoena, 2 days ago.

Didn't he get frog-marched several years ago? Wasn't there a secret
indictment that was going to be made public in "twenty-four business
hours?' You still waiting for Fitzmas?

That never played out, and Rove stated flat out he would refuse the
subpoena, especially since his BFF George Bush would run interference for
    him.

Rove can't pull that anymore, his BFF is no longer in power.

    for him.

Now we get the pleasure of watching a number of the remaining House dems
get investigated like Maxine, Charlie and Bawney. It will be a
    glorious thing to watch.

    "Played out?" It never happened!

And, by the way, people cannot simply "refuse" an indictment. As for subpoenas, people get subpoenaed all the time. It just means someone wants them to appear.

And since Rove did indeed testify in front of the Wilson/Plame grand jury,
why don't you elaborate on the point you thought you were making?

The subpoena is ridiculous. It will go nowhere.
