When I posted the truth in Holysmoke, even posting up the very message traffic that showed Ed's offer was genuine, Wayne's friend in Holysmoke (who, by the way, utterly despised me, and reviled me at every opportunity) all had to
admit that The offer was indeed genuine.


Well........Wayne did the biggest back-pedaling two-step you ever saw.


In Holysmoke, and a few other echoes, Chirnside was one of my hardest attackers. He verbally attacked me every chance he got. Both he and Sauer.


Sauer is another one, by the way, that I was one of the first ones to expose
as a liar, a coward, and a low-life.


Chirnside is a liar, a doper, and a drunk.

Here, you're claiming to have been `crippled for LIFE' sometime in November of 1990.

By the way.....I seem to recall this little escapade of yours was due to your `heroic' confronting of a drug dealer. Which raises the question: As you are `crippled for LIFE'....was this (supposed) dangerous drug dealer a paraplegic? Or just the ordinary, run-of-the-mill heavily armed drug dealer who you, in your `crippled for LIFE' condition, single-handedly faced down.


Wait! Before you answer that last one......I gotta go make some popcorn!


While you were in the Pinellas County custody being evaluated for mental status, did they have to serve your meals as you lay on your stomach with your head raised (etc etc) like you claim you have to do to type on your keyboard?


Did they observe the two or three hour limitation to your `out of bed time per day' that you tell us you are limited to? Or did they furnish you with a bed
on wheels so you didn't have to get up at all?

See......this `crippled for LIFE' bullshit is a condition you wrap yourself
in, and then shed at will. You slip into and out of it like somebody donning
or removing a jacket!


The funny part comes into it when you don't seem to realize that you're doing it, and when its pointed out to you, you do some quick two-step BS in a drawn-out reiteration of your long tale of woes and cripple-ness, with some stupid-ass claim of a stroke thrown in.


By the way....this little encounter with that drug dealer who's front door you claim to have kicked in? It happened *after* this so-called stroke you said you'd had.


Which raises yet another question:


In your `crippled for LIFE' state and recovering from this stroke you claimed you had.....how did you manage to get up the strength to go to this guy's house, kick the door in, and then stare him down? Had he decided to kick the dog crap out of you, how did you figure to handle him? With that little maneuver you told us about once before? How did that go again? Oh yeah:

apparently you don't know any ambulatory cripples, tim... one of my best friends is a cripple thanks to someone else's stupidity... yet, my friend doesn't have to take any medications for his problem nor is he bedridden or wheelchair bound... in fact, he can walk and run and climb pretty much just like anyone else who isn't crippled... his prosthetic leg isn't even noticible unless he in shorts...

there are many folk who are crippled and deal with pain on a daily basis who can and do still get up and do what they can... sure, it may hurt while doing it but they can and do do it anyway... afterwards, then they deal with the pain

Except that Wayne has for years, told us the tales of him having to lie in the prone position, while his computer sits at the end of his mattress on a piece of wood sat across a pair of cinder blocks. He the other day told me that he might seek a nursing home. Otoh, he did what Tim said, in order to have gotten arrested 3 years ago, and a couple of months ago, he manhandled a pair of HP laserjet printers out of the dumpster of a local law office.

It is his back injury that qualified him for SSDI, now if his back is that bad......

Have known people like that. Work with some in the world of ham radio every day. One of them's a very welcome addition
when I"ve got an antenna work party going on out here. HE
may not be able to climb, but he can sure hold a rope, and
he's damned handy with a soldering iron or other tools down
on the ground.

My lady is one. She can walk short distances out of the
wheelchair, often uses a walker, because the diabetic
neuropathy means she can't feel her feet. WE also carry
oxygen tanks for her when she must be away from her oxy
concentrator any length of time.

SHe'll do a lot of things that surprise people at the time,
and deal with the pain later. OFtentimes when she's
starting to overdo it in the interest of getting some task
done I'll endeavor to take the load on myself, because even
with the pills she'll be waking me up with the cries in the
night from the pain.

I'm passing no judgments on the veracity of claims made
recently in this echo folks, btw. Just helping to point out that oftentimes until one has walked a mile in the shoes one doesn't know everything there is to know.

think of themselves as "cripples".

I know physically handicapped peple who are far worse off than
Chirnside, or Sauer, who do not think of themselves as "cripples".

IMO being a cripple is more a state of mind than a physical condition.
