From Ruben Figueroa@2:362/6 to All on Sat Oct 24 00:14:00 2015

Writing this message from MSMAC BBS. Just want to see if it gets back to my PCB board. Echo mail is coming in but I don't see packets created much less going out. Using Irex, so something not config right there or in pcbfido.

    Any hints.?

After replying or writing echo mail in your QWK program you import the
created message package to PCBoard with the command "qw u", then it asks
for the directory where your QWK program put the created package.

Please note: It is the QWK program that creates the package. When PCB
imports the package it opens it and places the created messages into the respective areas they were created in the mail (QWK) program.

When you poll your host or connect there to receive mail, the created
    QWK package goes out.

Please note: I know nothing about IRex, I run PCBoard barefoot.

    Regards,

    Holger

I have it working now. Thanks on the QWK suggestion.

Fido is now sending and receiving.

Got it here, but then again, I don't use PCB's internal Fido routines. I use QFront 1.20.

Are you using the built-in Fido abilities of PCB? Not an external mailer/tosser? Have always wondered how well that worked. Way back in
the 90's I ran PCB but used FrontDoor and InterEcho.

I assume you're running it on 32-bit Windows and using NetSerial?
