Is Warp 4 capable of usb 2.0 speeds, particularly with an external hard drive?

The external drive delivers 2.0 speeds with WinXP but not with OS/2.

Am I stuck with this current setup?

I did a read speed test with DFSee and it reported 16 MB/sec.
However, copy speeds are 3 to 4 MB/sec. Could FAT32 slow the transfer rates that much?

Sure - it's overly cautious to prevent data loss. As far as I know, no file system
experts have actually worked on it.
