From "Julian Thomas"@1:3634/1000 to All on Fri Jun 25 18:11:34 2010

I have seen discussion a year or more back about this; can anyone give me some current
    suggestions?

    Thanks.

Are you asking about a physical device (i.e. small plastic box with
earphone socket) or an OS/2 application to play MP3s on the PC ?

    yes

OK, for a physical device, ANY Mp3 player that can connect as if it is
a USB Mass Storage Device should be fine - you may have a problem with
sector size being bigger than the FAT32 driver likes but fixing the
device using the MO640.exe program and the dani N512 filter in
    config.sys will normally fix this.
