Years ago, Quarrella made Cassell and Seaborn his
co-moderators. Of the three of them, Ross was the only one
actually there in recent years, so he has been the de facto
moderator since October 2003. It briefly came back to life
last year, when Ross lifted old bans and created some new
rules, but then dropped out of sight again.
AFAIK *everybody* there dropped out of sight.

Boredom, after the new moderator there
(it had been abandoned and he
took it over), instituted a bunch of new rules and then threw Ceppa out
of it for violating them.
