As I understood it, it isn't turned on by default. The
user has to turn it on by himself... The user can maybe
earn a bit of money with it (after Norton take their
cut), but that probably depens on your hardware, and how
much you pay for the stuff that comes out of your wall
sockets...

People have been complaining that they can't even get their
meager gains. The exchange/transfer fees more than outweigh the
crypto gains. The only monetary winner here is Norton, at the
expense of the gullible user's use and cost of computer
resources.

Or.. it will continue as [1] NEW people "discover" Norton for
the 1st time, and [2] "discover" that payouts are futile, [3]
either leave the brand/product in digust, and the cycle
