    That's the best way of describing how the Perverts In The Pulpit scandal is affecting the Roman Catholic Church, from the top down.

    The latest chapter involves a priest who raped a 14 year old GIRL, and fled
    to India where his bishop is running interference for the pervert.

    Meanwhile, official Vatican announcements blame the media, the victims, (!)
    and victim's advocacy groups for the whole mess.
