    I haven't tried using a terminal program for BBSing
    although I've got a very nice one ready to use for
    this in an emergency. We've only got one phone line
    here so using it for modeming not always good.
    Besides your place would cost a few bucks. Too bad. :(

    Anyway, it looks like the DOS echo is dead on the
    network. Do you have local conversation on Fido DOS
    on your board?

    Well, my bbs is free. And has both Fidonet and a Internet gate, I gate newsgroups and email. Most people just DL a mail packet from my board and read/reply off-line then just upload their replies.

    Nope, just the Fidonet echoes, I'm sure there is some newsgroups on the Internet too, didn't check, it's easy to hook them up tho.
