    Hello everybody!

I warned my father that corgis have no will power and will eat anything. I told
him about the 60 pound corgi and my sister's male corgi is heading there. The dog has refused to eat for 3-4 days now and I guess my father is getting the message now.

60 pound corgi?? Damn!! Did they "roll" him instead of walking him??

What are they feeding him? Kibbles or raw?

what? this message contradicts itself... how can a dog be headed towards 60 pounds and refuse to eat for 3-4 days? that doesn't make sense...

then the other question is why is the dog not eating? what has changed in their
    life in recent days?

I think Matt may have left out a sentence or something, as I pondered
that too. I only came up with that he was saying the dog was heavy, and
can eat quite a bit ( I had a lab like that too ) and now all of a
sudden his Father is realizing a dog that could eat so much and get that
heavy, and now is not eating 3-4 days? There must be a problem. I may be
    wrong.

Oh Yeah! I have seen them advertised a lot lately. Even on the
news, but I did not hear any of the negative stuff. That is good to know... No, wait a minute I was thinking of the new collar with
like a bubble wrap type of pouch which you put on the dog and it distributes the meds for 8 months.

The name of the insecticide flea and tick killer tablet I was trying to think of was Comfortis. I think I may have had to put one of our dogs down because of it, but I was assured by the vet that wouldn't happen. Check out this link:

    I'd rather have two!

Well they are hard to schedule, and You gotta be able to handle two
    in a row! ;)

That would still be nice. (-:

Thanks for that Roger, The last batch I bought was not the regular brand I get from the vet, she said they were not able to make any more for awhile and so she had to give me something she did consider not quite as good. I have been giving it for a couple of months and I was not sure of what the brand name was. I guess I made out ok, as She gave me a brand called Parastar.
