    Hello everybody.

    I have a radical idea, for people stupid enough to dump a 10 year old dog because it has arthritis to the pound to get killed off they should be banned from owning an animal for 5 years plus.

    I think my Schotze is suffering from arthritis in the hind
    legs. SOmetimes she cries, but the little anti
    inflamatory chew things this vet gave her do help.

    5 years, apply for reinstatement but there would be criteria and you would have
    to pay like a $150 service fee.

    There are a lot of cruel and callous people in this world. Evidently the owner
    didn't want to pay to have the dog put down and took the cheap way out disregarding what affection and safety the dog offered the owner for those years.
