It's an arrest search database.
It reports 'success' Ross Cassell Spartanburg 192 Tucker Rd.
That means nothing. You found nothing. If you had found anything you'd be trumpheting it through every echo in Fido. The only thing you might have found is Ross's address in Spartanburg. It wouldn't have even given you his phone number.
Odd that isn't it?
