In the parallel universe inhabited by the bottom-feeding
likes of Otto and his fat buddy, Klan, GW's memoir has sold
2 million copies in two months because WorldNetDaily or
some other web site bought them all. In the parallel

SH lies. No one made that claim. Only that the sales claims were
    inflated.

universe inhabited by the mindless likes of Nora O'Donnell
and Alex Pareene, "Decision" Points has sold 2 million
copies because Bush was so hated or because people gave it
    as a gag gift.

That part may well be true.

It takes a special kind of rationalization to be a
    "progressive" these days, doesn't it?

It takes a special kind of sociopathy to be a right winger these
    days, doesn't it.

When the New York Times gives sales numbers of books that have been artificially inflated with bulk sales, they add a "+" symbol to the listing nowadays.

I looked up Bush's book sales numbers at the NY Times, yup.
    That "+" symbol is there.

The right-wing is a war with itself.

    Tea Party vs traditional conservatives
Religious right like the "Family Research Council vs CPAC
    And so on.
