You're the one who wants to keep politics out of the echo. What
you posted was so full of obvious right wing BS as to be both
absurd and disgusting at the same time.

    BTW:

Obviously you cant see the satire in this. As well,

No, there was no significant satire in that. It was pure right
    wing BS.

schools can and do force parents to treat their kids with
ritalin. Simple matter of refusing to all the kids back in
school without that medication. The school board knows

No school can require a child to be medicated. That requires a
doctor's prescription. Note that Ritalin is a schedual two drug,
right in there with Morphine and other narcotics.

best. As for it being right wing, I dont think so. ---

It was. Do you see anything on there the republicans attack?

    ...

My daughter has Ausperger's Disorder, so she has an actual
need for medicine. She takes Risperdal, Intuniv, and
    Vyvanse.

The seriousness of Asbergers is more the point, than just the
    fact of having it.

    ...

Several times in the year I thought for sure she was going
to get expelled, until I finally got that diagnosis from
her psychologist. I had to have a meeting with the school

That can be hard to do. Even the pros aren't all that good at
    diagnosing Asbergers.

    ...

Now, as for the politics, I think it's ridiculous that you
have to go through what amounts to a year long process to
officially have the teachers modify the way they approach
your child's learning. My daughter, at the end of all
this, absolutely hates school, and it's a challenge to get
    there on time everyday.

Yep, it's absurd. And that needs to be fixed.
