Check out the US 99 menu above for links to information about US Highway 99, after which the US 99 BBS is named.
Be sure to click on the Amateur Radio menu item above for packet BBSes, packet software, packet organizations, as well as packet how-to's. Also included is links to local and some not-so-local Amateur Radio Clubs.
My patch was designed as a bandaid for fixing the BlueWave QWK Reply packages by the user prior to uploading them to a BBS. It is
possible that you could somehow write a batch file to run it against
the REP packages uploaded to your BBS before you process their
messages, but I had never tested that nor heard of anyone who used
it in that way.
Also, my patch did nothing with replies for the native Bluewave
reply packets -- only the ones made while replying to QWK packets.
I don't know what problems the BW door had or has. Sorry.

Ahh -- so I just run the "normal" BW and let the user deal
with Y2K issues? I can handle that. :-)
I don't know what problems the BW door had or has. Sorry.
NP -- thanks for the feedback (as well as for all your work for the users!)
