i still don't understand what "OFFLINE U to DATE" means...

in any case, Blue Wave developement came to a halt some time between 1993 and 1995 when George was in a serious car accident...

OFFLINE (case-sensitive) is an older DOS-based QWK reader/terminal program. It
    supports Maximus-specific extensions also.

OFFLINE hasn't been updated in 20 years.

Adding to this... although there are no newer BW readers, there have
been fixes for the Y2K problems, if that is what you are asking about.

you were asking about Blue Wave Y2K fixes all this time?? why didn't you just say so?? ;)

    take a look here

    http://www.wpusa.dynip.com/files/BLUEWAVE/

there's two types of fixes... one is a binary patch (BW-Y2K.ZIP - newer and preferred) for some of the bbs doors and end-user readers...

the other is an addon (BWRF066.ZIP - aka BWREPFIX) used in place of the archivers on the end-user's reader or on the bbs end after the REP has been decompressed...

on the other hand, if you were asking about usdates to OFFLINE, then no... according to sean, it has not had any patches or updated in 20 years...

I used it at one time, before I was pointed to BlueWave... It didn't
work right for me even then... That was before 2.12... ;)
