No big deal. I can't seem to keep things organized with so much going on here myself. But the good thing is that I was able to successfully get Blue Wave working on my new BBS. I just wish there was a GUI client for Windows that could handle BW packets correctly under Windows 7. I cannot use MultiMail correctly unless I'm using it in full-screen mode. Yes, when it comes to close-up reading, I have to wear reading glasses now.

    Getting old and all. ;)

Did you try using the SemPoint off-line reader? (One of the -many- packet types it can read includes BW.) Mind you, I don't use it on my XP systems 'cause it plays up but it works wonders still with my Win98 vBox-en. It might like Win-7. Who knows.[shrug]

    Getting old and all. ;)

    Bah, humbug! ;-)

    Cheers,
    Paul.

I'm running Windows 7 so I don't know if it will behave or not, but thanks for the suggestion. I'd completely forgotten about SemPoint, but I will try it and
    report on the results. :)

OLX/Win seems to work okay on my 32-bit Windows 7 box, so SemPoint might just do the same.

You're bound to be right, and he might have to run of them thar MS XP-compatibility virtual-PC doovers.

We have a Windows 7 PC belonging to my youngest daughter. She's working away at a remote country hospital at present and I dare not touch the machine while she's away, so I can't give it a shot. She's bigger than I am (and better looking)! :)

    Cheers,
    Paul.
