• Future Runner door issues

To any sysops - Have you been able to successfully set up the door game "Future Runner"? I downloaded it recently (version 3.71) and have not been able to get it running. The game runs locally but gives errors when I try to run it remotely.

I ran "future /I" to configure the node settings as described in the documentation. When I tried to run it on my BBS remotely, I first got these error messages:
    KEY VIOLATION!!
Un-Authorized, Missing or Damaged Key for this DOOR
Fatal Error: 63 in FUTURE RUNNER - Please notify SYSOP

I've been in contact with someone at bbsfiles.com, who now owns this door game, and he said they provide demo keys, and the one with this game may have expired. I was looking for which file might have this demo key, and based on the file date, it looked like it may have been _FUTURE.SEC. So, I temporarily renamed that file and tried running the door again, and I got a different error message:
    ! ! INFORM SYSOP TO RE-INSTALL THIS DOOR ! !

    * Press [ENTER] to Proceed *

I don't know why I would need to re-install the door because it's a fresh install, and I don't know what more I would need to do to get it working. Do any sysops happen to have experience setting up this door and could offer some advice?

I have it set up on my board and it is running fine.

Did you run this for each node that you have setup on your board?

I've been in contact with the owners of Future Runner (at BBSFiles.com) and got a reply today - he said for the demo key, the BBS name needs to be set to "BBSFiles.com", and the sysop name must be set to "FREE COPY". I did that, and it works now. That wasn't in the documentation.. ;)
