Is there any other channel to request a license? Please advise.
The best way is to email the author, Kim Heino, via email:
b@bbbs.net is Kim's email address.
Kim is pretty busy with work and also his family, so it may take him a while to reply, but using his email address as above is the best way to get a license :)
If you don't hear from him after emailing him let me know. :)

Thanks a lot, Janis! I've forwarded the email to my friend Eduardo,
and he will contact Kim. If anything goes wrong I will let you know.
