Hello All,
I may have stumbled onto the answer.. and I haven't even had a drink yet today.
I now have my TZ variable set to PDT+7 and TZUTC set to -0700 and I think my TZUTC kludge now says -0700 as it should.
it does...
I'm not sure if that is the correct way to do it but I think my TZUTC kludge is correct now.. :)
on my old system, i had to change TZUTC when daylight saving switched on/off...
that software wasn't smart enough to set it on its own... today's software should be able to do so, though...
