From Tim Richardson@3:770/330 to ALL on Sun Sep 18 02:07:00 2016
BTW...I may have failed to mention that, in line with the title of this
echo; "Fidonet Scientific Research", I will be bringing research and
various scientific articles to the attention of members of this echo.

Not the ...how was that again....oh yeah; "...the occult, supernatural
or mythological stuff" forced on us by the `global warming' fraudsters
    (and others).

I will be posting up facts and information as I come by it, within the
context of the title and purpose of this echo: Science Research.

Some of that `research' and information may not be to the liking of all
here. But to deny scientific facts is comparable to denying the force
of gravity; you may deny the existence of gravity or it's effects. But
I wouldn't carry that denial out any 10 story buildings without a parachute
    if I were you.

Did you know, for instance, that there are as many as 52 nations tossing chemicals into the air trying to modify weather? And the US is one of
    them.

Strange...see, there's been a hullabaloo over `chemicals' being put into
the air causing `global warming' which, when the `warming' was shown to
not be happening, morphed into `climate change!

They've had rules for a few decades now about chemicals being emitted into
the atmosphere....which 52 countries (including the US) have no problem ignoring.

Does anyone see the hypocrisy in that?

Don't even get me started on the list of so-called `green' companies taxpayer money was (without our prior approval) sunk into and lost. The ones that have gone bankrupt alone have cost taxpayers billions of dollars.

And BTW...some new information on the workings of the Solar interior will
allow more accurate predictions of the inner Solar cycles, which also
    affect or weather.

There is a possibility that another `Maunder Minimum' may occur about the middle of this century.

Although I, at 75, probably won't be here to see it, some of you are likely young enough that you'll be saying `that old bastard was right'!

I'll be seeking out solid `science research' information to post in here
    often. Stay tuned.

You will have to provide sources for the material you intend to post here. But,
this is not the area for that sort of "dissertation".

As long as I allow it and you maintain control over yourself.

*You* don't provide `sources' for stuff *you* post up. And don't bother
telling me *NASA* is any sort of "source". They aren't a `source' they
    are a *government entity*.

    But...since you want "sources"...stay tuned;

Here's something from Business Insider's science section:

This is dated July of 2016 and speaks of China trying to end drought by
firing salt and mineral-filled bullets into the atmopsphere in an attempt
to ether bring or stop rain.

At least 52 countries, including the United States, have current weather modification programs.

It goes back to the 1940's,

It has been refered to as "Operation Popeye"..."Operation Intermedia"...and "Operation Compatriot".

Whenever too many people caught on to it the name would get changed.

    It's the old `rain-maker' scam up-dated.

The point is...if it's so wrong for me to do it, why can the government
do it and not face consequences?

`that sort of "dissertation" seems to be all you post on.
