Does anyone have any suggestions for a decent FReq program that works with Argus?

The one I'm using sometimes works, but most of the times it just totally hangs, leaving me with the C-A-D->End task solution. :(

allfix is one but there are a few others available... i'm aware of them from the binkd FAQ in the BINKD area... some are written in perl while others are likely binaries... as long as they can read SRIF, search a list of directories,
and put the file(s) into the outbound, they should work just fine...

my allfix/2 used to do that until i figured out that it was caused by my EMX flavor of binkd... i switched binkd to another compiler flavor and haven't had the problem with allfix.2 any more...

Radius can internally serve file requests. But your 'Tedious' is based on Argus, not Radius?

Yes it is, but I have Radius just a key stroke away. You mean it can actually handle file requests internally? That's really good news.
