E. Jean Carroll sued Trump civilly... Apparently her feelings were hurt when Trump said that she wasn't his type.
Civil lawsuits are different where the threshold to side with the plaintive are reduced dramatically.

Back to E. Jean... Appeal court to hear how Trump has to pay someone millions for something someone said her did but cannot recall the day or year... but did say it was in the 90s... No evidence that event occurred... No evidence that they had ever even met.
I think that once it gets into the appeals process that it'll be overturned.
