I was able to reproduce that as well.. I will look into it.
Rob, was this an error when you tried to import the file into the synchronet file database?
Were you able to get the file imported in the
bbs, or did you have to manually add it?
I was going to post the same error report until you posted it.

Rob, was this an error when you tried to import the file into the
synchronet file database?
this one :
! 05 Feb 00:51:44 AFIX Invalid pointer operation, program aborted.
! 05 Feb 00:51:44 AFIX Error address : 0000:0A10
if so, I said with and without files & tic files
Were you able to get the file imported in the
bbs, or did you have to manually add it?
I use tinytic for inbound (so I can see whats new files came in), and
for outbound
I was going to post the same error report until you posted it.
ok

ok
This issue has been traced down to some of the changes needed to be done with the new compiler.
This error is at the end of the program when closing the SETUP.FIX file in certian circumstances, and is acutally not causing any issues (other then the error message)
I have corrected this for the next release.

Well, I am testing a 32 bit version for DOS and a Windows(x86) version now.. The windows version appears to be running on XP and Windows 7. It still has several little items that need to be worked out. It's still a way out from being complete.
If you want to try one of these version (it is in a VERY experimental stage right now, and I dont promisse that it will work fully)
you can
send me an email to ken@blkdoor.com, and we can discuss testing it.
