For some reason, the "Nodelist" and "Recent Callers" features are not working.

I am trying to get allfix to announce and I am having no luck.
Some background, I had an 6.0.18 (I think) setup and was having issues with that, come to find out it was some corrupted setup files. So I
ended up starting from scratch with 6.0.24.
I have everything setup, nodes, file echos, etc. I have one magicfile working great with nodelists. I initially setup a new files report to
post to a local JAM message base, and later added the same report to a networked JAM base and also another report building a PKT just to try to test. I have all of my groups selected, so it should be checking all of
my file echos. But after running allfix file, I run announce and it
says "nothing to do".
It does say in the logs "New Files [7 ]" so it is apparently seeing the new files.
Reading the DOCS for 6.xx, it says that there is a TOBEREP.FIX and TOBEREP.IDX file that handles this, but I don't have those files. I've
run ASETUP pack/index, and some FIXUTIL commands, but nothing seems to create these files.

Those toberep.* files will appear when there is something to announce.
Are you sure you defined in asetup -> new file reports what to
announce? And in file echo manager -> advanced -> announce = YES?
