When was the last time you showered, brushed your teeth, shaved, combed
your hair and put on clean, fresh, clothes, that is assuming you do have
water, soap, dry towel, comb and clean clothes?

If you haven't done that today, do it before you take another drink, and
then post back here to ARAA when you are finished and let us know how it
go, but don't take another drink before.

I'll make this real simple so even in your most drunken moment, you
can do it.

1. take your phone off the receiver.
2. dial 911 and wait till someone answers.
3. tell them to send an ambulance to take you to the hospital.
4. give them your address.
5. wait till they arrive and go with them to the hospital.

That's not so hard.....
