My mistake, the software was called Terminal-40 by Midwest Micro Inc. out of Kansas City MO and was only sold on tape I believe.

What a coincidence. I just recently capture a .tap file of Terminal software from a Midwest Micro tape that I have.

Unfortunately, I was unable to grab the Term-40 for VIC. There are three programs listed on the tape: 1) 5K (not sure what this is. A psuedo RAM expander?) 2) T-40 and 3) T-64.

T-64 is, of course, the C64 version of their terminal program. It loads fine. I haven't actually tested it yet. A shame it is only 300 baud. Haha.

If you ever run across Terminal-40 by Midwest Micro, please let me know I am going to try copying the tape I have and see if I can get it to work from the copy. Not getting my hopes too high unfortunately.

I *think* I may have discovered a working copy on a .d64 image I have. Since my VIC-20 isn't in fully working condition, I will trying testing it out under VICE.

I have located the .d64 image containing some random VIC-20 programs.

Unfortunately, none of the terminal software (looks like there's more than one program) seems to do anything under VICE.

Might just be something wrong I am doing perhaps. I believe I assembled all of the programs on this image file because I remember one of them being a program I typed in from a magazine (PIO). There's a menu program there just reads your directory and displays a menu to load your program from.

I will try uploading the image file here locally.
