    This really sucks. I can not wait until we can get back to real life.
    I am sure everyone here is with me on this. I am on a every other day work schedule. When I am off, I am here at the house. As you can see, I am trying to make my time usefull and posting on the nets, calling boards and working on my own boards.
    WHat are the rest of you up to?

    Testing positive. Are you also feeling sick? I have heard people have
    tested positve, but show no symptoms. Whats your thoughts?

    Are you saying you tested positive? If you be careful!! I was diagnosed last week of March and while in quarantine became severely de-hydrated and by day 11
    of constant fever of 100-103 I ended up in the hospital where I found out I had pneumonia in the upper part of my right lung. Thankfully, the Doctor said to hell with what the Left is saying about Hydro-Chloroquine (sp?) and ZPac and
    gave me that. After that and 4 bags of IV for the de-hydration, I was on my feet the next day and was fever free and feeling pretty good albeit very weak still, but they threw me out of the hospital 2 days later. I was in a total of 4 days and back to work a week later. If you have it don't screw around, get the meds that will help you if you need them..

    Any idea where you infected yourself?
    When using the correct measures (social distancing, wearing masks when together
    with other people, washing your hands or disinfecting, etc.) the chances of infection should be pretty low.

    Yes, there are cases where you do not show symptoms.
    The older you are, and the more other issues (lung issues, high blood pressure,
    etc.) you have the greater is the chance of having serious side effects.

    Indeed!!
    It seems that some regions of the world ridiculously underestimated the health effects of CoVid-19 :(
    (While the scientific facts of the effects were known for a long time! But some
    people choose to ignore them :/)

    I am glad you are better!
    But correlation is not causation, meaning there are no studies showing an effect on CoVid-19.
    This means that if you would have only got the 4 bags of IV, you would probably
    has the same effect!

    And BTW I honestly cannot understand your political comment.
    It is not what the Left, Right or Center says.
    It is about scientific facts.
    What effects where shown in double blind trials.
    And there are 0 studies (from the right, the center, the left or anybody else) that show an effect of hydro-chloroquine on CoVid-19.
    If somebody states something they need to back it up by the evidence.

    As we are on the topic it seems that Russia has now a vaccine against it.
    But in order to speed things up, they omitted the last trial period.
    So the risks of it can be potentially high.
    But I assume that there will be better tested vaccines from the USA and Europe soon.

    Yes, I recovered, I won't say fully, I still have bouts of extreme fatigue
    but everything seems fine..

    Actually according to my Doctor who treated me for it and my personal Doctor, the IV only treated the de-hydration, the rest was the other meds they gave me.. They are the meds that broke the fever got my sense of smell and taste back and kept my pneumonia in check till it cleared up.

    the meds given to me.

    That's good that a vaccine is close at hand. Hopefully, we can get past this dreadful Virus and get back to living life normally again..
