I also use a news reader on both my iPhone and iPad. Of course, as I am currently on State disability with health issues, it gives me something to do besides watch TV, etc.

I started doing it when I had a lot of free time working for a trucking company who is oftedn a contractor with Cal Fire. After the equipment is offloaded, I often found myself with little or nothing to do. It is quite amazing where one can find a cellular signal for Internet. In fact, I have found that my old 4G air card would get service but my phone would not. I've used VOIP services that way.

But, I didn't work a single fire last year due to medical issues. More precicely, medicine issues.
