Convert brainfuck to C, brainfuck interpreter v1.0.5. Converts brainfuck to C with a few optimizations, samples including LostKingdom.b/EXE, interpreter for brainfuck and brainfuck derivates/equivalents. Small 32-bit and 64-bit Windows versions added, so you can use the same utility when switching to another environment.

Command line history is included, as well as a patch contributed by Dave Yeo to prevent segmentations faults of some numeric functions that are caused by libc065.dll. lmathlib.c has been slightly modified to compile in GCC 4.4.6.
